    8. Synopsis The subject deals with the different aspects of service-oriented sofware development. The main discussed problems are related to implementing loosely coupled systems. The SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) paradigm poses continous challenges for software engineers and business analysts. The goal of the subject is to introduce the organizational and technical principles and solutions of the service-oriented architectures. The SOA-based business process management is emphasized along with management and governance
    issues.
