    7. Objectives, learning outcomes and obtained knowledge The aim is to introduce the students to the basic concepts of business law.

     

    Obtained skills and expertise:

     

    The knowledge acquired in the course will help the students to understand the legal regularization of business.

     
    8. Synopsis Corporate law, types of corporate entities, establishing a corporate, corporate governing bodies, EU business law, competitive law and its regularization. Contractual law: contracts, obligations, modification of a contract, liability, leasing, franchise.
