    7. Objectives, learning outcomes and obtained knowledge

    In the summer school industrial and academic lecturers teach who has experience in integrated smart devices. The summer school aims to give direct and up to date knowledge about the design, development and system integration of new electronic and computing systems, equipments and devices. Thus allowing the students an insight into the research and development tasks of their special area. The workshop organized within the framework of the summer school gives practical knowledge of the design of integrated smart devices and demonstrates the projects to be prepared during the semester for the students 

    8. Synopsis

    Under the summer school academic and industrial researchers and developing engineers give state-of-the-art lectures about the research and development related to the integrted smart systems. The lectures are supplemented by workshops.

    9. Method of instruction The summer school period is six days before the registration week of the semester. Students listen to a lecture work three hours a day. Additional 3 hours per day will be presented by industry experts that aim to provide students with practical industry knowledge to supply and deepen their knowledge.
